There is a great debate between natural products and products that are
developed (medications) to help people suffering from various ailments. One of
the biggest problems that comes along with medications is the fact that many
medicines are designed to treat the symptoms, and not the cause. Therefore,
you may be forever treating something that is bound to be back again next week.
If you can somehow find the cause of your problem and fix that, then you
truly have resolution to your problem. If you have to continually take
medications, there is a risk that you are just causing other problems in the
future.

Many times we can do a little research, better understand our bodies, and
find solutions on our own. There is a lot of information available that your
doctor may not know or choose to subscribe to. Don't rule out a visit to your
doctor for help, but also realize there may be alternatives.
Look for solutions that other people have found to work. Consider your diet
and see if there may not be some obvious 'red flags' in your diet and
lifestyle. Just being better educated about our ailments can make a big
difference.
